When is the bet-at-home.com Open 2012 taking place?

The bet-at-home.com Open 2012 is being held from 14-22 July 2012

  • Qualification rounds Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 July, admission free! – Legends' Match Sunday, 15.07.: Only with valid Centre Court Ticket
  • Rounds 1 and 2 ‐ Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Round of 16 ‐ Thursday 21.07.
  • Quarter finals ‐ Friday 22.07.
  • Semi-finals – Saturday 23.07.
  • Final – Sunday 22.07.

Where can I buy tickets?

Via the official Tickethotline 040-23 880 44 44 (Monday to Thursday from 09:00 until 18:00 and Friday from 09:00 until 16:00), Eventim, and here under „Tickets - Order here“

Until when was the early booking discount available?

The early booking discount is available on all tickets up to and including 31. January 2012.

Up to what age do children have free admission?

It's for children up to the age of 6 - but they have no automatic claim to a seat of their own! Children must sit on an accompanying adult's lap if no seat is available.

Can I bring in my own drinks and food?

Drink and food for individual personal consumption can be brought in.

Will there again be a Ladies Day as in previous years?

Yes. This will be on Tuesday 17.07.2012. All female visitors will be entitled to a 15 % discount on regular ticket prices.

Will there be a Legends' Match, and if so, when?

The Legends' Match is on Sunday, 15 of July. Just available with a valid ticket.

Are pets allowed in the tournament grounds?

No animals are allowed in the entire tournament area.

Is the price of a Hamburg public transit system (HVV) trip to and from the stadium included in my tournament ticket?

The trip to and from the tournament using HVV public transport (2nd class, for the entire metropolitan region) is included in the ticket price.
